At NAVE HAUS Creative Design Agency LLC, we strive to provide intentional, high-quality digital products, creative services, and resources for business owners and brands. Because of the nature of our work and the instant access provided, all purchases made through this Site are final.
This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all digital products, services, and any physical items sold now or in the future.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Because digital items are accessible immediately upon purchase, NAVE HAUS does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Website templates
• Add-on templates
• Digital downloads
• Stock photos or content
• Any other downloadable or instantly accessible files
Purchases cannot be exchanged for other products or credited toward future purchases.
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted, as noted in our Digital Product Terms of Use. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, all product access will be revoked.
2. Creative & Digital Services
All service purchases, sales, and revenue are non-refundable once payment is made.
Because our services involve time, strategy, and custom creative work, NAVE HAUS does not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Website design services
• Branding services including but not limited to logos, graphics, and brand assets
• Template customization or template restyles
• Digital strategy services
• Email marketing design and consulting
• Audits, consultations, or coaching
• Any other service offered through this site
Service terms, scope, and deliverables are governed by your individual Client Agreement, which must be signed prior to the start of any project.
Services cannot be transferred or exchanged for other services.
3. Physical Products
All physical products sold by NAVE HAUS are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not eligible to be exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence, and we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and will depend on product availability.
No refunds will be issued for physical items.
4. Customer Responsibility
Technical Compatibility- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their platform, hosting, device, or software is compatible with our digital products before purchase.
Download Access- Failure to download or access a digital product does not qualify for a refund. If you experience download issues, we will help resolve access problems, but this does not alter the non-refundability of your purchase.
5. Licensing Reminder
All digital products are licensed for individual use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any NAVE HAUS digital product, as outlined in our Intellectual Property terms.
